You can use The Pink Speakeasy as the set itself or book The Pink Speakeasy as a pink photography studio and set up your own backdrop to fit the vision of your shoot. The possibilities in The Pink Speakeasy are endless.

We currently book the entire apartment as individual rooms are not available at this time.

The Pink Speakeasy is the perfect photoshoot location for boudoir photoshoots, burlesque photoshoots, showgirl photoshoots, drag queen photoshoots, bridal photoshoots, maternity photoshoots, newborn photoshoots, pin-up photoshoots, fashion photoshoots, beauty photoshoots and any photoshoot where the star is pink!

General Rules

-No smoking allowed.

-No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

-No illegal activity allowed on the premises.

-No pets allowed. (unless part of the production or arranged in advance)

-No adult filming or pornography of any kind

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved from the floor of the property to one of the other levels. Wall decorations can be moved. Moving of any item in the property must be put back in it's correct place within the booked reservation.

Smoke machines are allowed.

There are no security cameras inside the apartment. Cameras are located on the outside of the house and in the commonly used staircase outside the apartment only.
